By creating an account or using TradeHookX you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the service, and trading in general, is lawful in your jurisdiction; the service is not offered where its use would be unlawful.
TradeHookX is a software tool: it routes and executes instructions that you, or copy trading leaders you choose to follow, configure. TradeHookX is not a broker, dealer, financial institution, investment adviser, or fund manager. We do not hold your money, we do not originate trading signals of our own, and nothing on this platform constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. No fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the service.
Trading foreign exchange, CFDs, and other leveraged products carries a high level of risk and can result in losses exceeding your deposits. Automated execution amplifies the consequences of your configuration, correct or incorrect. Past performance of any strategy, statistic, or leader is not indicative of future results. You acknowledge that you trade entirely at your own risk and that TradeHookX has no liability whatsoever for trading losses, regardless of cause, including software behavior, latency, outages, or execution differences.
You are solely responsible for: every signal, alert, and configuration sent through your account; your risk settings and their adequacy; the security of your credentials, license keys, and webhook URL; compliance with your broker and any prop firm terms; and the accuracy of any credentials you provide for cloud terminals. Actions taken through your account are deemed taken by you.
The marketplace connects independent traders. Leaders are not employees, agents, or representatives of TradeHookX, and their listing does not constitute endorsement, recommendation, or a representation about future performance. Statistics are computed from live trading data as-is, without guarantee of completeness or predictive value. The decision to follow any leader, the multiplier and risk settings applied, and all resulting outcomes are solely yours. Performance fees, settlement, and invoicing operate per the mechanics described in the documentation.
All plans include a 7-day free trial with full features and no card required. Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page and retain access until the end of the paid period; fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. After expiry, a grace period applies before licenses deactivate and cloud terminals are decommissioned, and we are not responsible for consequences of deactivation following non-payment.
You may not use the service for market manipulation or any unlawful activity; to violate broker, prop firm, or TradingView terms; to probe, disrupt, overload, or reverse engineer the platform; to misrepresent performance; or to infringe the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or threaten the integrity of the service, with or without notice where circumstances require.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that signals will be delivered or executed within any particular time or at any particular price.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: TradeHookX and its owners, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost trading opportunities, or trading losses of any kind, even if advised of the possibility. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from or relating to the service shall not exceed the subscription fees you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions our liability is limited to the smallest amount permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TradeHookX and its owners, employees, and suppliers from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your trading activity, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any third-party terms (including broker, prop firm, or TradingView terms), or your violation of any law.
The service interoperates with third parties we do not control, including TradingView, brokers, payment processors, and hosting providers. We are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, actions, or terms, and your use of them is governed by their own agreements.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 3, 8, 9, 10, 13, and 13a) survive.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY - IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to first contact us at support@tradehookx.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for thirty (30) days. Any dispute not so resolved shall be finally settled by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, conducted in English on a documents-only or remote basis where available. YOU AND TRADEHOOKX EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY AND THE RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION, CLASS ARBITRATION, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING; disputes may be brought only in an individual capacity. Either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court instead, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access to the service.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remainder continues in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and TradeHookX regarding the service and supersede prior agreements. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated via the email on your account or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
