Account information you provide (name, email, password stored hashed), your TradingView username if you enable binding, trading signals you send through your webhook and their execution results, terminal connection status, and - if you deploy a cloud terminal - the broker account credentials required to connect it. Payment details are processed by our payment providers and are not stored on our servers.
To operate the service: routing your signals, running your terminals, computing your statistics, settling copy trading fees, and sending transactional email such as trial reminders and billing notices. We do not sell personal data, and we do not use your trading data for anything other than providing the service to you.
Cloud terminal credentials are used solely to connect your hosted terminal to your broker. They are transmitted encrypted and are removed when the terminal is decommissioned. We recommend using a dedicated trading account for any third-party service, including ours.
We use cookies for authentication and session management. No third-party advertising cookies are set by the application.
If you become a copy trading leader, your chosen display name and verified performance statistics (win rate, profit factor, drawdown, trade count, equity curve) are shown publicly in the marketplace. Account balances are never public.
Signal history is retained per your plan limits. You can request account deletion at any time via a support ticket; associated personal data is removed except where retention is required for billing or legal records.
We use reputable third-party providers for payment processing, email delivery, and infrastructure hosting. Data shared with them is limited to what their function requires, and their processing is governed by their own agreements and safeguards.
We apply industry-standard measures including encryption in transit, hashed password storage, and access controls. No system is perfectly secure; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for data incidents is limited as described in the Terms of Service, and we will notify affected users of breaches where legally required.
